After Paul’s Damascus conversion in 33 AD; he spends 3 years in Arabia and meets with Jesus’ followers (Peter and James) in Jerusalem for 15 days in 36 AD. The life, works, and dialogues of Jesus are discussed in detail. Paul states that “nothing of note was added to his understanding.”
All Paul’s letters (1 Thes./Galatians/Romans thru 2 Timothy) are written between 47 -64.
Jesus is recognized as Divine LORD (Adonai) within months of His crucifixion and His 40 days of teaching. The many eyewitnesses (1Cor.15:6) hearing Jesus’ words gives rise to the Christian Faith, I.e. “The Way.” During His numerous “Emmaus Road” talks throughout the Middle East (and elsewhere), Jesus explained who He was and the reason for His mission. This likely became the source of some of the earliest creeds on the deity of Jesus. (1COR.15:3-7; Phil.2; Acts 1-5,10,13 et al.) Richard Bauckham, James D.G. Dunn, Larry Hurtado, and Gary Habermas argue convincingly that “the highest Christologies are the earliest Christian creeds.” Jesus is referred to as Kyrios Christos in early New Testament writings. (see works of Habermas, Hurtado, Craig Blomberg, Mark Strauss, Craig Keener, William Lane Craig, Michael Kruger, James White and Jay Warner Wallace)
